it would be rude not to @ essence, London
Friday, January the 28th, 2005
Back for 2005, and beginning our 3rd messy year of great parties with the finest house and breaks in London, it would be rude not to hit essence bar in Barbican for a free party on Friday, January 28th.
Conveniently positioned the right side of payday, this should be a welcome return to form after your January detox!
Our regulars will know what to expect – happy, smiling, dancing people, and the very best up-front house music in London. No drama, no attitude, no posers, just good tunes and a great atmosphere.
Along for the ride will be Turnmills regular and Allstars co-founder Johnny Arthur, joined by our ever-present resident DJs it would be rude not to head-honcho Mark Sun and Mixmag Future Hero Anil Chawla.
2005 is set to be Anil’s big year, with 2 huge tunes up for release: ‘Makes me feel’ and ‘Disco Stew’, both with Dale Anderson. ‘Disco Stew’ in particular is gaining huge interest, and will be out on Nic Fanciulli’s new label ‘Saved’ in the beginning of the year. Add to this, his and Dale’s remix of Tall Paul’s comeback tune, and it’s pretty much guaranteed you’ll be hearing his name a lot this year – so catch him while you can!
See you on the dancefloor,
