free beach party vibe in the mould of Bora Bora hey day?

I returned to Ibiza last August for first time in many years and am going again this year in a few weeks. Now I was well aware that the concept of a 'day time' beach party has become a much more controllled and expensive affair with the hotel club resorts and beach clubs and their paid entry access, and the noise pollution laws from local authorities. However I was still shocked to see that the former Bora Bora section of PDB beach is now fairly quiet and now seemed more of a quiet doggy walkers' section of beach :D (now I love dogs so not having a go). But changed days from when you used to rock up at Bora Bora for free which was basically an open air party.

Now I did go back to one of my favourite spots of Salinas Sa Trinxa and was pleased to see it hasn't really changed other than the average age has increased :D . But it was always a bit more laid back in nature. The rest of the PDB and Figueretas stretch of beach was always there for families and those who wanted more peace and quiet, but having that one section of madness at Bora Bora that you could just rock up at for a few hours to me epitomised what made Ibiza different from any other Med resort.

So to get to my point, are there any beaches with a modern version of Bora Bora?

OK the loudness of the music booming up through the sand is unlikely to be replicated but somewhere where a natural free party vibe is still created that is also free of screaming annoying kids like any other Med beach resort.

Well that at least saves me some time on trying to find what no longer exists!

I also noticed that small beach at Kasbah is pretty quiet these days. Virtually nobody on the large decking area both times I walked past, whereas that decking used to be busy. Again for the reasons I already gave in my OP, and also those new boutique hotels/apartments around there.

They are still some places where you can find the vibe you mentioned but they are not on the beach ,
-The garden of las dalias
-528 ,sometimes
-Raco on Sunday
-Pikes around the pool ( not everyday )
-l’amorigen ( starting somewhere in september but not every day ) this place is on the beach
-chirincana , sometimes

Most of those places are free or with a pay entrance that it’s not expensive

L'amorigen is great!

Is there live Djs and loud music?
I don't think anyone will answer you on a public forum, there are too many problems at the moment with parties outside of nightclubs, it's better to go have a drink and chat with the staff (and that goes for all small, non-trendy places)

I’m a little negative in my posts, but it is true that many nice places are closing or get very restricted on the island little by little but continuously, the post originally was for free parties on the beach, there is one this sunday on the beach of Cala Longa, apparently organized in conjunction with the town hall of Santa Eulalia , from 17h till midnight
