I think the are nice unless you have them all over the body, a few of them in the cheek and shoulders are nice
Now a days you have to be carefull because they say that freckels and a lot of sun can take you to have stains when you get older.

Due to my ginger great grandmother (she was irish), I'm one of the only chinese guys I know with quite a few body freckles I like them
