freakin mobile phone companies......

in my case - i made the point to the Vodafone guy that for 1 month i would be paying 2 vodafone bills

still, they wouldn't budge - apparently its company policy that a customer cannot have 2 accounts with Vodafone! Why? who cares if you do!

You would think they would want the money. You cant win!
 
Can the people on vodafone who have the online billing facility actually undersand it fully? I think you need a degree in maths to do so..
(still cant make out if the free minutes in the contract include those you use on WAP)

and WHY dont they just always include VAT on the bills, we just want the bloody total straight off??!!
