Wicked Fractured my toe last night playing football!

Was just getting back into my fitness routine as well.

Supposed to be first night out this sat since new year but do i trust myself to party on crutches...>!>!>!>!>

Ouch that must have hurt.

Im sure i've done some lasting damage to my foot, i went over on it about 2 years ago and didnt get it treated and its starting to play up when i've been off it for a while, i get up and cant put any weight on it and have to limp

I probably broke it at the time and didnt realise it
