My old dear reckons it was all the rage to get a boat from Barcelona to Formentera for a rave up in her day. Does it still go on? gonna be in barcelona in a couple of weeks.

I've heard there's a party on the island now and you can get the last boat over then boat back in the morning. Has it started yet?

Already planning on going to La Terrezza club.. thanks for that one sylvia... heards loads of good things about that place over the weekend :D

Don't understand what do you say about boat and formentera 8O

My mum says she used to get a boat from Barcelona to Formentera to party... but then again it was the 60's... could she be confused??

She must be right. Formentera was as hippy as it was Eivissa in the 60's ;)

Nowadays you can only reach Formentera via Eivissa or with a private boat. :D

Silvia - can you take your car on the boat to Formentera, god forbid I should have to walk anywhere... ;) :lol:

I think so, there's the old 1 hour ferry from ibiza harbour that, if I'm not wrong, can take cars :D

You can take your car on the big boat that goes from Ibiza Town, we looked into it last year, I think it was about 100 euros per car.
