Really fancy spending a day in Formentera. Does anyone know how much the ferry crossing cost and how long it takes etc? Where is the best place to get the ferry from. also, is it possible to visit Es Verdas and is there anything there when you get there if you can visit it?

Opposite Es Vedra is a lovely little beach called Cala D'ort, with a couple of nice restaurants.

Formentera is about 45 minutes on a ferry, from memory. A great day out, not expensive at all - and hire some bikes when you get there and go exploring!
