For anyone who has flown recently.....

See my Important Question for Londoners post  ;)

Guess it's going to have to be wrapped securely in suitcases, I'm always worried about putting them in suitcases in case they break and then all my clothes smell of poppers and I'm permanent high on poppers all holiday 8O

I have faith in you finding a secure hiding place - you could wrap in socks and stick in shoe in case.

Phil seems to have discovered a latent desire to sniff that stuff these days - I can stomach the stuff myself but its funny to watch his head go red it has to be said....

That's a good idea, socks and in Tom's trainers, thanks PL, always a useful help in these important matters

We're planning on getting there about 9.30am so you could either come round for a rose breakfast or we could meet in Tantra - you can normally pick up cheap wristbands there ;)

Sounds good....guess it depends on what we do when we land. The plan is to be well behaved and get to bed as we probably wont reach PDB until 2am.
The last thing I want is to start the 8 days off with no sleep!!! Although well behaved plans like that always seem to have a habit of going awry!!!

I'd like to say I have faith in your ability to be well-behaved but.............. ;)

I'll text you as soon as we're up Saturday morning and let you know our room no/what you've been up to etc and then we can get started :D

Is it free alcohol on all BA flights?

Yes ... and a rank sandwich. But the trick is they only come round once, but if you keep buzzing them it's quite suprising how much you can drink in a little flight to Ibiza. Nice alcohol too, nice brandy's etc. Enjoy.

I just thought i would pop a post on here as i flew with Easyjet to Milan last weekend.

You mustn't have any type of cosmetic or liquid toiletry in your hand luggage BUT as soon as you are through security and into the Duty Free shops, you can buy lipgloss/toiletries/perfumes and drinks to take on board with you. If you buy a coffee/tea make sure there is a lid on it.

Hope this clears things up - oh and i also found out that you can now check-in online for Easyjet flights and print out your boarding cards ahead of time!

Hola everyone - or as i had just learnt - Bon-jour-no!

I have no idea but i read it on all the documents my friend had when she booked this weekend trip away. I was hoping to find out where to put my suitcases before Ibiza - surely the suitcase queue would not be as long as the easyjet checking-in ones ?!?!

I shall investigate and let you know anything I find out, it would be so nice not to have to hang around for ages in normal check-in queue.

sh*t! you never tell me anything!!!

Anyway here is some info -

London Gatwick – If the flight you have booked leaves London Gatwick before 08.30 (GMT), you can check in for this flight the night before from 20:00. This will give you the opportunity to leave your baggage at the airport. You will be issued with a boarding pass so you can go straight to security for your flight the following morning.
Checking in online means that you may only take one piece of hand luggage with you that should be no bigger than 45x35x16cms. If you decide to take hold luggage with you, you must check in at the desks as normal where you will receive a new boarding card.

So not much help really
