i have just started to do the talkin an approachim myself and funnily enough it seems to work. always been to shy to before but seen as i dont often get approached
I used to do that way more often. But I think I have gotten more old fashioned as I get older... I like the man to do the approaching. Have you read that silly book "He's Just Not That In To You" by some of the writers for Sex In The City? Its all a bunch of BS. But anyway, they say you should NEVER approach first because men are HUNTERS by instinct and it makes them feel like less of a man if you do it first... and takes the challenge of the hunt away making it boring for them. Hahaha.

well in reality you could do but lets not think about that! im quite crap at hidin my feelins if im into someone they usually no about it (hopefully not in too much of an obvious stalker way!) im not very good with games if i want to get in touch with a guy an i hav there no i will and then hope that they get in touch with me the next time or somethin. though im not doin too well at the mo in the love stakes so maybe i should read the book! 
) but consider this.... Women can go out any night of the week, and pick up a guy 8) . I hear the yells saying this is not so but we all know it to be true Men on the other hand, can spend all week planning one night out, by the perfect clothes to make himself look his best, have the perfect female attracting cologne, have the perfect ice breakers, and STILL not have a single women even Look his way. We start out fairly un- bothered by this (16-22) so we will go out night after night, playing the odds the way others play poker. The average good looking guy knows if your out there long enough, you hit pay dirt (mind you i'm talking meeting a girl getting a number setting up a second encounter. The guys looking just for sex for the night can tell you that the odds become like playing blackjack in a casino). By the time we reach a more mature (for us anyway lol) 
age, We become more selective in our approach. Sooner or later we get tired of spending a night being rejected by numerous women 
. So begans the more subtle flirting . After awhile, us guys say screw it, I'm going out to get a drink, and if the cute chick over there really wants to chat 
, she'll do a little bit more then stare at me when I'm not looking and then look away. Thus, the easy apples (you know, the girls that are a little bit more aggressive ) goes home with the guy of her choice (all hunters by nature are also scvangers 
) and you harder to reach apples are going "I can't believe he left with that slut, b*$#@h, whatever" and the other fellas are going "man, why can't all women be a little more aggresive". He was really cute, fantastic person, lots in common, great personality, smart etc. but came on too strong and now I find myself not so attracted! Grrrrrr..... I give up. He was so complimentary and sweet, but it was too much! I love that he laid how he felt about me down on the table (NO GAMES, a breath of fresh air), but it was too aggressive for me (and too soon, like two hours in to it, making plans for the future and trying to act like I was his girl!)
