For example, what are bar prices in the west end like this year?

And will you get a good meal for 10 euros?

hi there, not sure about west end, but the majority of the restaurants in san antonio bay offer a very good value 3 course menu choice for around the 10 euro mark.. and the average price for a pint of local lager is 2 / 2.5 euro..
 
Just come back, mar I pins 8 bottles of Becks cost 10 euro. Most local beers in san an 2 euros however, expect to pay up to 6 in the classier places
 
Just back after a long weekend. Bora Bora is €7 for a Corona. Don't know how that compares to everywhere else.

I guess that that they are making their money somewhere but I don't know where. Ten euros mas o menos is the current wholesale price for eight bottles of Becks.

A wholesaler bought a bulk order of becks at a very good price because it goes out out date mid june.. a lot of the bars took advatage of the offer.. mari pins and pink panther passed this saving on to the customer , but I guess some bars didnt.....:cry:

Hey everyone - first thread for me here!!

Theres a few of us goin to Ibiza in just over a week and a couple of the lads dont have as much as dollar as some of the rest. Are there any cheap(ish) bars to look for in the popular areas - even 2 4 1 offers?

where are you staying???

what hotel are you staying in? lots of offers I have noticed in san antonio bay, and also in the westend.... sure if you pop your hotel up, people will be able to reccomend good bars near to you xxx

Hi Sue,

Not sure whether you have been to Ibiza before but if you are planning on spending a lot of time in the west end then you will want to avoid the San Antonio Bay area and say in San Antonio instead. This is because the Bay is really too far away to walk every night and you will find yourself having to spend a lot more money on taxis! If you wanna be where all the action is then San Antonio is much more suitable

Sue - ignore my message. After re-reading your post, I can see that you were simply suggesting areas to someone else and that your location is indeed, Ibiza so I expect you know a lot more than I do - apologies! :oops:

There are always 2-4-1 offers and 'free shot' with first drink so dont worry about that. The bars in the west end are relatively a lot cheaper than anywhere else and you needent worry. You can also get the dreaded 'fish bowls' and pitchers so you will be fine. This will be the cheapest place for you to drink with your mates.

I'm stopping in the Bergantin, stopped in the Mar Amantis about 4 or 5 years ago and went in the Pink Panther (you aren't a Sheff Wednesday fan by any chance are you?). We will probably pop in most days on our way round to the sunset strip etc when we finally get there :).
