Flying to Wembley Stadium

:idea: What about london city? depending on where the person is flying from but they can get from canning town tube straight to wembley....!
 
Heathrow, then
a)Piccadilly line to Alperton then you've got a short cab journey or choice of 2 or 3 buses
b)Like Barbie said Heathrow Express to Ealing then get on the bus (83 if memory serves)
c)Buses 105 to Greenford Tescos then change onto the 92 bus takes you there.

No, trying to plan way in advance for a (hopefully) a cup final in February. Flights are only 20 euro into Stansted at the moment so will probably go for that. My team hasn't quite reached the final yet so I don't mind losing 20 quid on the off chance that they make it there!!

Have you any idea??? I lived in the west london area within walking distance of the ground for most of my life. Trust me, the journey from Luton would be an absolute mare on a cup final day. It is on any day whatsoever TBH. Very little public transport linking it and I'd hate to think how much a cab would cost.

What cup final is this?
 
fly to luton, get train to West Hampstead, takes about 30mins with trains every 30 mins at least, then change to Jubilee line and go north to wembley, takes about 10 mins. 8)
