Flights from Nuremberg to Ibiza

If I needed to get from Nuremberg to Ibiza, what would be the best way of going about it?

None of the "majors" do direct flights, so my options are either a stopover, or are there any major airports which would be quicker to get the train to or something?

I did a quick search in my usual travel website and there is a direct flight with lufthansa, but only one way is around 300€

Don`t take Lufthansa, it is very expensive.

Take a look at AirBerlin, that`s better.
