Flexible Benefit Advice

Company are having a bit of a change around and the've thrown in some new flexible benefits such as the option to buy up to 5 days holiday and also to opt in the Bupa programme or if i choose not to i get £336 put into my wage packet.

I dont know what to do abour Bupa . .

Any advice :?

it's worth every penny!!

i'd never go nhs again, not if i have a say in it!! ie if i was hit by a bus, i suppose i wouldnt have a choice??

check though and make sure that current conditions are covered, as mine was.

I joined up, 3mths later i was having my cruciate ligament done!! had been waiting for 3yrs before that!!
 
You will pay tax on the BUPA as a benefit so it won't be 'free'

Why not take the £365 and then see what you can get for that amount (after taxes) from BUPA or another health company Direct?

If it works out cheaper then there's you answer.....

(Or just keep the money ;) )
 
I've had flexy benefits for the last few years, i'll pm you some advice later...
 
Take the BUPA - it will have minimal effect on your tax and it will be much more expensive to get the same scheme on a personal basis.

I give all my employees full BUPA cover with no excess to pay.

They never seem to appreciate it until they need i, then they rave about it.

I've have my back and a bollock sorted through BUPA in the past 12 months. Groovy. 8)
 
thanks guys, i'll deffo be having a serious think about this next week because this weekends not for being serious and thinking about non fun things ;)

non fun?? Ha whats non fun about having a shower with 2 nurses??


ok admittedly at the time one was holding my drip feed and the other was hodling my piss bag :oops:
