Anyone seen the movie? I watched it last night. Still trying to figure out if I liked it, to be honest, but the young lady actress in it was quite good.

Not seen it TBH mate, will have to check it out.

A film I watched this weekend, Harry Brown with Michel Caine, was quite a good portrayel of middle England. And that was quite dire, so probably yes it is

The question that kept coming up in my mind was, is life really so dire in middle England?

Most of us in London assume it to be so everywhere else on this island. Manchester '88-94 or so aside.
