Finger Food!!

Do they sell much tapas ready made goodness in supermarkets? I think you then might have to make it/prepare it yourself. Might be far too stressing Grego, think of all that mess ;)

Perhaps Thai/Japanese, (although could work out costly)
American Diner theme
Italian

i know i said the buy option would be preferable but realistically, i was always gonna be donning an apron and playing chef.:oops:

i can't think of anything further away from what i want than chips and gravy:?

Pan con tomate
Tortilla de patatas
Homemade Ali Oli and Baba Ganoush (maybe Guacemole,humous,tzatiki too)
Gambas al ajillo (garlic prawns)
Shots of Gazpacho
Patatas Bravas
Avocado salad
Fabada - if i have time
Risotto Milanese
Pollo al ajillo y limon (garlic+lemon chicken)
Banderillas/Pinchos (cocktail sticks)/brushcettas/tostadas/crostini with variations with 2 or more of the following - olives, pickled onions, feta, mozarella, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, ham , figs, queso manchego,

Sangria (1 with Cava, a couple of others with just red wine), red/white wine, beer, fruit juice, water

losts of cakes, chocolate, fruit, sweets for after

and nuts, crisps, snacks, etc for the football

maybe paella o fideuá aunque i need to buy a big paella cacerola. podría use my wok but its gone oxidada.8O

reckon i'll go with the same menu..........and we're doing the "if there's anything you fancy bringing, not obligatory of course, but all donations welcome" trick with food and drink.
