Right so Im after starting my plans for which clubs ill be attending over the festive period but im struggling in finding anything out. So does anyone know of any good web sites were i can find out whos on at where up north??

Try the local bbc websites for other local info. These days it seems easier to find the website of a specific club, although there still seems to have been very little info about. What sort of thing are you wanting?
 
I'm looking for a decent house night in the midlands/north for boxin day. Did passion last year with Morillo, Audio Bulleys and Delux...that was good!

Need info!
 
Gatecrasher One in Sheffield have Hed Kandi on Boxing Day and NYE if that's what you want. Also Erick Morillo is doing a 6 hour set (I think - he's definitely there) at Godskitchen in Birmingham on NYE. Back To Basics in Leeds usually have a pretty funky NYE.

Erick's at Godskitchen but it's just the midnight set, the rest of the night is the ressies.
 
Ah. He's up at that Highland Gathering thing in Edinburgh as well isn't he? Might be that I'm getting mixed up with. Although with all that running around I can't see him doing more than a couple of hours at either.

I think he's playing somewhere else as well NYE, nothing like raking the £££ in is there :roll:

PL i've heard good things about shindig but never made it up, whats it like? ;)
 
I like it a lot, nice vibe small enough to feel intimate but big enough to reflect the sound system, crowd is mainly up for it clubbers, ages ranging from 18 to my age :D (although I actually felt old the other week at Steve Lawler due to the fact I was surrounded by 6th formers screaming at each other over the music.. :evil: bitch slapped a couple on the way past - soon calmed the buggers down!). Give it a whirl sometime......
 
This will be the first clubbing New Year I've had since about 1992. And that was only the Batley Variety Club (or Frontier as it's known). Which isn't proper clubbing. Best I spent was in a cottage in the Dales on Millenium Eve, watching shooting stars (meteors, not the programme) and drinking wine with my nearest and dearest.

'Rise' @ Leadmill in Sheffield is usually a good night on Boxing Day (apparently)

I think Hed Kandi is playing GC1 too.
