Fatman scoop pre paid tickets. Gig cancelled

Turned up with the Mrs at Eden with pre paid tickets from ibiza spotlight to be told on the door that he had cancelled and they couldn't give us a refund which was a right kick in the teeth. We were totally gutted. They did say that we could come back the following week but that's no good when your only there for a few days.

Know it's just one of them things and nobodies fault but has anyone ever had any luck with refunds?

That really good to know and thanks. Just shows it's worth buying from a trusted site like this one though.
 
just to add something - an artist cancellation doesn't automatically mean a refund. but in this specific case I know we can do.

exactly - generally you do not. you buy a ticket for a certain party and line up changes can always happen - that is part of our T&Cs.
