Happy Independance day folks!

Practically a day off for me too!

Haha. Just amnazing execution. Like a drum roll as he goes down the stairs, then leaps 10 ft in the air in the most ridiculously fake slapstick triple somersault! F*cking brilliant!

The ultimate, is the look on Neilsens face when it hit's him that he's actually got to do some umpiring, he's go the whole stadium in the palm of his hand, awaiting his next utterance, and calls a strike (then calls the next two despite them being legal, and the last one mid flight, then does the moonwalk!)

Airplane is clearly the funniest film ever, standard, but Neilsen in the Baseball ground doing the Narional Anthem, and then calling the strikes, is the best comedy scene ever!

I genuinely think sometimes they should prescribe films like this to people suffering from depression.
 
Oh dear.. forgot about the umpiring. That is just class. Surely I'll learn someday I've been carrying a hernia injury from laughing so hard at that scene.

Airplane... now that's just plane classic (sic). The part where they line up to smack the guy? Or the older white woman who speaks "jive" (later renamed eubonics in popular culture, but jive has a certain appeal... less pretentious!)

In a similar vein (though entirely different style), I love Amazon Women on the Moon and Kentucky Fried Movie.

I did graduate, my honors thesis that I wrote turned out really good and my profs want me to publish it, just needs a little more polish... I'll let you know how it turns out
