I had chicken salad last night 8), no fries for me now for a long time :(

My C_______ therapist told me there's no need for carbs after lunch.

The carbs you eat at lunch is sufficient for remainder of day, even if working out in the evening.

Make sure you eat carbs the following morning though e.g. Porridge.

Its a refined carb not as bad as white rice, pasta and white bread, according to the GI Diet its classed as "medium" ie - not to be used frequently but once or twice a week... I usually do the first week as 100% no carbs after 5.00pm just to kick start this, after a week or two I then probably am 80% of the time good and 20% of the time treat myself.....

Why not make a really nice salad instead of the cous cous or roasted veggies like peppers, onions, mushrooms, carrots, again even steamed veg would be just as nice and better for you.... ;)
