1. when you search using that website, all of them are torrents so you just click on the one you want (and then the button thats says download)
2. then it will download within a few seconds and ask you what you want to do with it (e.g. open or save - just like if you get an attachment in an email)
3.you need to open it using the utorrent programme you downloaded earlier
4. then it takes from 30mins to 30weeks to get the music/film,etc you want.

i did offer to help (of the non-rach variety) last night...........*tuts*:roll: :roll: :lol:

But that still doesn't explain what a bloody torrent is :spank: If I don't know what one is how will I be able to find one :roll: :lol:

why do you need to know, all you need to know is how to get it, as i said if you use that site and type in....."sasha" or somethin, a big list will come up with all his mixes, singles, remixes, etc, etc.............just pick what you want and thats it.

when it has totally finished it saves to my docs or mymusic and then you go to where it is and open it and for me it opens in itunes

God it's hurting my brain just thinking about these bloody torrent things :roll: And then even if I find what I'm looking for then where do I go and watch it :?

hey??:? :?

after you download the torrent, it is saved in a file on your comp. then what you need to do is buy a "virtual image displayer VID"...........you can buy from about £350 off ebay. when you've got your VID place it alongside and conenct to your VIDT (a VID transmitter, cost about £50)....now the best bit.........

put your hand on your laptop/hard drive whilst chanting the name of the file (e.g. 'lost series 2 episode 1') over and over again, but do it whilst looking at the VIDT.......slowly you will feel the file loading up and an image will appear on the VID. don't worry if the image fades now and again, like the pic of marty mcfly's family in back to the future;), as if you use the force the whole thing will load up and play. you may feel a little tired after this process, so i recommend lying down for at least 10 mintues avoiding heavy lifting or strenuous exercise where possible.

Technially, a torrent is information that's flowing like a river through cyberspace, and each person is cyphoning off some of the water from the river while putting the same amount of water back into the river.

That's theoretical.

Practically, a torrent is a small file (usually a few kilobytes) that gives instructions to your bit torrent program. Your program uses those instructions to connect to other people with the file that you want, which your program then starts downloading.

The reason torrents have become so popular is because, while you're downloading the file, you're also uploading it to other people that need it. That makes sure everyone gets the files as fast as possible... or at least, faster than if you were downloading it from a single source.

Hmm... not sure what went wrong there. I just checked out the uTorrent site and there are no pop-ups there. There's a couple of advertisement banners (as on any website) so maybe you clicked on one by mistake?

Anyway, just use the link I put above. It's directly to the file that you need to install.

Once you've done that, just go to one of the websites we've mentioned, search for the file you want, hit "download torrent" and then chose to "open" the file. Trust me... it's really a lot easier than it sounds!
