When I click on it, on my screen comes a new screen that says stuff All (0), Downloading (0) and loads of other stuff

OK, now go to one of the sites we mentioned. Try www.btjunkie.org for example.

Now type "lost s03e03" into the search field. That stands for Lost, season 3, episode 3. You said Tom missed 4 of the 6 episodes, so I assume you need to start with number 3.

You should get a list of search results. Click on one of them and it will take you to a page that describes the file in question. Then hit the "torrent download" link. When your web browser asks if you want to open, save or cancel, choose "open". uTorrent should do the rest.
