FAO Londoners

Booked this place for the end of May http://www.saintgregoryhotel.co.uk/
when my excellent boyfriend is taking me to see Dirty Dancing 8O :p :D Can't wait!!

Was resonably priced through http://www.superbreak.com and was loving it for close proximity to Brick Lane for a good curry

Tips will be required for the best curry shop and also club listings for the Friday of May Bank Holiday weekend 8)

Mmm I was checking out the Dirty Dancing tickets and a hotel deal, it worked out quite reasonable. But as its not my bday I guess I cant really go to that  :p

Sounds fab - what clothes did you buy??

Lol @ me turning this into a girlie thread

I kept seeing so many nice things but then thought….oooo, I´ll go back for that incase I see anything else……and then didn’t go back for loads of things! Should NEVER do that!:spank: :spank: :spank:

Bought 3 bikinis…..2 from TopShop and 1 from River Island…..a dress in Diesel……a top in French Connection which is actually a bit too wintry for now….. and……   :D a pink Dualit toaster that I have had my eye on for ages but couldn’t find anywhere out here!

You are so lucky living in London.....:D ....it was great when I was over there to be able to walk past and snub the likes of Mango and Zara!

Hee hee, it was my Christmas pressie, but I'm sure he is well up for it too. Our friends down there asked if he would prefer to go for a beer and he got all defensive! Although I think that also had something to do with the cost and difficulty in getting the tickets!

Angie word of warning - Tom's words when we went to see Dirty Dancing were 'that was the biggest pile of $hit I've ever seen in my life' and he's normally quite good with girlie stuff

I think this is what my boyfriend would end up saying, he said he would come with me but I can seriously see him coming out after and saying "what a load of old s**t"

Malmaison & Great Eastern Hotel are little favourites, although quite expensive- worth checking the websites etc

I was looking at Travel Lodges the other day and there was one round Camden way that I thought looked nice myself, all lit up with lights. I may be told that this is the wrong area? But I really liked the look of it. When I suggested it though he said its a dump there.

So back to the drawing board
