Fair Drinks Policy @ Eden

Can anyone explain this new fair drinks policy @ Eden? Is this every night? :D
 
I got the impression from a previous post that it was every night with drinks under 4 euros each.
 
Every night as far as i knwo, bottles of beer and bottles of water are 4 euros IIRC :) pretty good compared with other clubs
