Play it by ear man. Go with the flow. If you feel good and you want to keep going, then do. If you start to feel bad, then definately have a break. Your trip will be better for it. There's no shame in having a break.

The two important things to remember are:
1) Keep yourself properly hydrated (but don't over-do it!)

2) Grab sleep in your room or on a sunbed in the shade whenever the opportunity arises.
