I go to the Fish in the back streets of San Antonio, partially because the guy that runs it is from where I'm originally from and also because there are quite a lot of workers there so not busy but really friendly and you get to know everyone. When I'm down in August hopefully I'll be able to catch the first game of the season there if he's showing it again.
Also to add, by their social media they seem to have had a BBQ for a couple of England games where you get a few pints and all you can eat for about €15.
