Lol no I always intend on doing the check in just to brag but I never do cos as soon as I get to a club getting my phone out becomes a big no no and I don't even think about people back home then anyway, it's just something I always think I'm gonna do while im still in the UK! I've done a beach check though :) Really speaking I only use hotel Internet for checking for parties like cocoon agrees etc
 
Paying £1.99 for 25MB of data I usually check in on FB and it was quite useful using WhatsApp. Saved a lot in message costs this year because of that.
 
Just checked my phone bill and it's £80 instead of the usual £40. Spent £30 of that on internet as I am a total Facebook addict and we didn't have free Wifi at our apartments. Another tenner for texts and calls isn't too bad for me.
 
Thinking about it, would an ipad fit in the standard size safety deposit box you get in hotels?
