We had a few posts about this - mine was half waking up in a state of panic because I thought the building was falling down

Lasted for 2 full days this time, usually only lasts a day for me 8O

never had the shocks but the dreams are scary enough. I was dreaming whilst in ibiza, of things that had happened the night befor ebut there was some sort of slight variation to the reality that freaked me out. The viviidness of them was unreal too.

I dreamt that X-Amount changed in a chameleon and blended into a tree. Oh, that wasn't a dream it actually happened at the NDSM secret party at Blue Marlin

I always just try to stay awake as long as possible instead of going to sleep...waking up in a cold sweat with crazy images in my head is not my idea of fun.

Had some funky very vivid dreams which were cool :D but also had electric shocks for the first time which lasted a couple of days and weren't so much fun

dont reacall havin had any electric shocks, think i would of known! but i hav had some v bizzare dreams. ill start to dream before i am actually fully asleep aswell if that makes sense. lots of dreams within dreams. where im lyin in my bed and i feel a pressure on me stoppin me from movin but i cant. that freaks me out as i think im awake but then realize im not and its fine. some are nice dreams but of late its been quite horrible ones. hope they dont continue but suppose its my own fault if they do! agree with you fergie about a quiet few weekends, well after this next one anyway!

I'm used to them now and it's just part and parcel of the whole Ibiza experience 8O  The worse ones I had were about 3 summers ago and I really did feel like I was going thru cold turkey and resembled a scene from Trainspotting 8O

Probably not far from the truth 8O  And I've got it all to look forward to in 2 weeks time 8O

I once dreamt that I was the fourth member of Destiny's Child and was struggling to keep up with their dance moves.

NOT looking forward to that in 2 weeks time lol  It's worse when you've been to Ibiza with your partner too because you both get the same "withdrawal" symptoms. 8O
