el row was brilliant at space last night. amazing effort with the deco, big boxes of wigs, hats and other accessories being handed round, circus performers and really accessible music - was seriously good fun :)

the terraza is hosted by kehakuma - last night henrik schwarz live - score!

great news! Can't wait to go in August!! Last year we went in July to Privilege and it was probably up there with one of the best nights ever - especially the sunrise through the windows!
 
One of THE best parties I have ever been to! The place was electric! The production is next level. Carnival experience. Never thought I'd push people out of the way to catch a LILO falling from the ceiling but everyone just gets caught in the moment.

I was unsure if this night would work in the main room, but it was hardly recognisable. It's light bright and crazy.

Top top marks to Space / Elrow.

Though.... While I have always been a huge fan of Kehakuma.... After Elrow is damn hard to get into the likes of DSV1. I want this marriage to work.... But Elrow is just too brash to partner with anyone else....

Also.... Did ANTS before and again the production next level at Ushuaia this year, and the place was packed to the rafters. The double header of Ants and Elrow is a night made in heaven!
 
great news, was planning to do the Ants, Elrow double too! - and great about the main room being unrecognisable - was wondering how that would pan out - excited now!

Have to agree with that - I like both parties but can't imagine hopping between the two. It just doesn't seem a compatible pairing on the same night.
 
yes, it was a bit odd - very different vibe on the terraza. but i don't think think either party is really big enough to host the entire club, so you've got two very different parties under one roof. the club is packed, and you really have something for everyone. and after grooving to some underground tech house on the terrace, smashing it in the main room in a silly wig is just awesome ;)

Good point. I think you need to do Kehakuma and then Elrow. Once you get caught up in Elrow there is NO going back! HaHa.

on the other hand, as much as I like the tomfoolery in el row, if you've done it a few times it looses its attraction a bit and then i'm very much up for quality music on the kehakuma terraza. but the point is of course still absolutely valid, especially since most people are only here for one or maximum two saturdays over the season!
