Hey i was wondering if the apartments at El hotel are nice... they are good amount of money (for the two bedroom) but i don't mind spending the money if they are nice.

It looks VERY nice, it's just the location that puts me off :?

OK, its a stone's throw from Pacha but a fair trek to the nearest beach

The next time we go to Ibiza for a short stay, we'll probably give the place a try.

El Hotel - by far

We're staying at Es-Vive which is perfectly located between Playa d'En Bossa and Ibiza town. 24 hour bar, very nice pool/deck area and NO KIDS allowed ;)

The beach @ Talamanca is only short walk away Andy, cos that's what originally put me off but it's easily walkable from El Hotel, I will give you full review after June ;)

I always think a walk does you good before a day on the beach !!!

No kids at Es Vive? Bliss !! Am wondering how many will be at Jet as I saw that they are in Cosmos brochure this year .... (crap flight times and very expensive tho) .......
The lovely thing about Hostal Rosalia was that there were no kids ...

Course, we're taking ours this year .. though they aren't particulalry kids .. one being 16 and the other 12 ... So, hoping Jet'll be fine for us ... (so long as there aren't bawling toddlers about!)

No kids sounds like heaven. We got put in a bloody family hotel last year(which I have to admit was very nice but those damn kids wanted locking up!!!)

That's easy. El Hotel is better.

El Hotel 8) :D 8)
Bar, restaurant and lobby are high quality - high tech. Staff is friendly and competent. Rooms are spacious and nice. Very beautiful hotel with good atmosphere.

Jet Apts :x  :x
You can imagine an old tourist hotel from seventies in a distant location. Everything is broken/not working and nobody cares. Staff has never heard of service.

You really can't compare these hotels...

lol well i think i might book there..... does anyone have a picture of the apartments?? they only have pics of the JR suite!!! Damn that! I wanna stya in one... but it's wayyyyyy to much for me right now... pluss the poeple i'm going with don't even wanna pay the 330 E for the apartment...... but you figure 4 poeple divided by 330 it's not that much.. like 89 something i dunno :-P

Ek Hotel sounds like the place for me :D ... thx all for the tips .. ill be there for about 3 weeks, from mid of Aug. till early Sept .. lets get together and have a "Ibiza Spotlight Party"

We stayed at El Hotel Aug 2003. Very nice lobby, restaurant etc. Excellent service and although they sometimes had problems understanding english, things were always solved with a smile.

The rooms weren't same high standard though but apparently they're renovating right now. Everything worked though so nothing to compain about there.

Great hotell!
