its been on a tuesday forever i think. they've been in ibiza for donkeys years i think.

image with tim westwoodONE RENOWNED DJ who won’t be found in the Pacha Global Room this season is Tim Westwood, despite him perhaps being considered the ultimate hero of Hip Hop, at least in a UK radio sense. Westwood will be seen regularly on the island though, initially on Tuesdays in the Eden Funky Room, in San Antonio, an event that also involves DJ’s like Rayhem and MC Echo. Then later, from the end of July, he’ll be at El Divino in Ibiza Town on Mondays for a new event called Image. This is an ambitious new R’n’B / Hip Hop extravaganza, with Confunktion (sometime MTV Base presenters Sammy Sam & Seany Sean) as resident DJ’s. The night will be filmed by Channel U, for broadcast on satellite TV (yes, that’s the one which shows the same ten smutty soft-porn Hip hop videos on rotation all night long, night after night, month after month, year after year). Image have further teamed up with MOBO awards, a connection that has helped bring live guest artists of the calibre of Usher, Beverly Knight, Jamelia, Lemar, Terri Walker and The 411 to the table. The concept is also being taken to other popular British holiday resorts across the Med each week.

he also told me that the galaxy/hed kandi invite-only beach party last friday wasnt as successful as they were expecting..........
