Great site. I use it for much of my football viewing 
(even though I have many English and European games on cable.. much more convenient to lie in bed or sit in the kitchen (our smoking area) with laptop

I tend to prefer the Sopcast channels (requires additional software) to the various Flash streams. Seems to be more reliable. Your results could be different. All the options will appear on that page.
