:lol: It's a term when you move house. You exchange and then about a week later you complete on your property (I don't know all the legalities of it but now the new house is ours and then when we complete we move in) so we hopefully move a week today :D

Or something like that, Tom knows anyway :lol:

I've got plans for a civilised soiree - nibbles and wines while we have intellectual conversation :lol: But I can see it generating into a Lucozade and Katie fest within 10 mins :? :lol:
