dvd ripping software

If you have a mac:

'Mac the ripper' to do a custom (or full) rip

'Popcorn' to write

Have both if that's a help.

Obviously I'd like to go on record and say I've never copied a film in my life as I strongly believe that film companies run by fat cats should profit.
 
Dvd Shrink! Not only rips it but re-encodes it such that you can burn it to a DVD-R (which only has half the capacity of a factory DVD)
 
I've used Cucusoft and Dvd Shrink for years and both work wonderfully. Now I've moved up to Blu Rays so I only use the Cucusoft to transfer movies to the Ipod.
