Driving car with flip flop - illegal?

wash your car on a public road 3000 euro! Where is the logic behind that compared to 80 euro for driving over 5 people in a 5 seater.?!?!

WHAT’S THE PROBLEM WITH WASHING MY CAR?

There is no problem with washing your car – the issue is just how and where you do it. When you wash your car in the driveway or on the street, the dirt, oil, and detergent laden water runs into storm drains and then directly into our steams, rivers, and lakes. Just as soap destroys dirt and organisms on your car, it will do the same in creeks and other bodies of water. Also, many of the commonly used soaps contain phosphates, which remove oxygen from the water. This depletion of oxygen has a detrimental effect on aquatic life. So, between the scum and oily grit from your car and the soap used to clean it, a simple act like washing your car in the driveway can directly harm our precious natural resources.

Ok fair comment. Just think peoples safety warrants a higher fine than 80 euros

As someone who drives very fast but very safely (though British police have disagreed with my definition of "safe" at times....) I can fully understand the fines for driving with flip flops on, potentially extremely dangerous even at low speed. Even the car washing one makes sense given you're putting greasy foamy water over roads that are normally bone dry, especially with all the mopeds around.

But in what possible way does driving without a shirt on make any difference?

And surely €10 for no licence is a misprint? That's a ban, and rightly so in the UK.

the 10€ for not having a licence is simply the fine you pay if you do have a licence, but you don't have it with you.

Don't Worry, & every little things gonna be allrigt
