Downloading Phat Choonz

Like I said, I'm a novice. I've downloaded the software & have got to the queuing bit but am now stuck - grrr!

I've still got a small problem, I've downloaded a few Essential Mixes & they're all to big to burn onto cd. Is there any way I can shorten them? I don't mind cutting them short but would obviously rather lose the beginning of the set rather than the end
 
Thanks Jamie, Ive downloaded mp3cut & cut a set in half but it won't burn for some reason, but it no longer says that the file is to big, just that amn error has occured.
Thanx to you to Bartonious, I'll try that site too
