I can think of my city, Rio. It's already winter, and the temperature today is 26ºC. Not bad, don't you think?

Rio seems to have decent weather, at least on the weather.com average temperatures. How is the humidity? That can make a huge difference. It's very dry in SoCal.

Humidity, that's a problem here. This whole area used to be a Rain Forest... There's still a huge forest in the middle of the city, so, you can imagine. The minute you leave the shower you start sweating.
