i REALLY would love to do this one summer...i've been to ibiza for 3 weeks last summer and will do the same this year, but still in these 3 weeks, everything seemed to pass SO fast!

but, like barbie, i wouldn't want to work - or, at least, not too much. because i also couldn't imagine working all day and then partying all night 8O

doing a bit of work (some hours every now and then) would be cool, but when i'm on the island, then i really want to take advantage of the time i have and explore, enjoy, party, relax...as much as possible!

really thinking about doing it next year :oops:

:lol: I'm not saying you can't do posh (as you know you're the poshest scouser I know (after Michael Owen :lol: ) it might just be a bit out in the sticks for you, I know I'll get Tom to move to another office just for you :lol:

I wouldnt rip you off, im a genuine nice guy and am very good at my job (im an estate agent) and work in resdiential sales and i have honestly never ripped anybody off, im genuine and people respect that. i will however sell you something below market value if you give me a bung !!(JOKE)

Also estate agents dont earn mega money. People have the impression it all bmw's flash suits and wads of cash

I been doing the job a year and if i have a good commision month salary is 11k

i may take home £1100 thats oretty crap to be honest.

That's rubbish cos you've been doing it for ages, do you fancy working in FLT Fronty, Tom is after new staff ;)

Yeah, FLT is where the money is at, ive looked into this and even considered comuting daily in order to achieve more money and a bigger career path.

Estate agency is easy, its about being honest wiht people and listeningto what they want then matching it. If you get people viewing and get them thru front doors they will buy. I am a believer you sell the viewings rather than the house because to be honest if you dont like a house no matter what i say to you you wont buy it !! LOL.

I regulary hit my sales target's here and i feel im worth more than i get paid. my slary was 10k till last month then i got a 2k rise. Commision is 5% of the fee paid on completion.

But the average property is about 150k here which means each sale only earns me about 150ish mostly less and i sell about 5 a month obviousley not all these go thru.

Very cut throat high pressured buisness, and the money is pants the worst part of my job is payday to see how little ive been paid !!

That's exactly what Tom says ;)

Well if you ever fancy moving to FLT let me know, Tom's just got his own office and his biggest problem is getting good staff :roll:
