Does the rule of closing parties at 6AM still applies?

If you recall - there was this rule (law?) in the past few years that forbid clubs from having parties going on after 6:00 AM !

It applied in June and September - when kids are on thier way to school and probably because the government didn't want them to bump into wasted clubbers that are coming out of parties in that same time.

My question is:
Do you think (or know as a fact) that this rule applies this summer as well and parties really finish at 6:00 AM ?

If i remember correctly (major doubts due to the state i was in!) Van buuren played till about 7:30am at last years Armada closing party
