My boyfriend and I had a lovely meal at Villa Mercedes the other week when we were in Ibiza. When we tried to pay the bill with my boyfriends mastercard the card was declined 
even although we know 100% there were funds on the card.
As it was our last night the manager - Carlos took my driving licence as ID until we sorted out payment. When we got home we checked the Mastercard and they payment had been taken and I am now trying to figure out how I can get my driving licence back. I have tried to call but can't seem to get through and I don't know if it is because I am dialing the number wrong - 0034 971 34 85 43.
If anyone can help by giving me an email address that would be great.
