I remember shoplifting Quadrophenia (loved the beeps) and Rozalla's Everybody's Free (still a cracking tune!) from Woolworths in my home town on the way home from school. Then stole "It's Grim up North" by KLF but got a dodgy tape. Couldn't take it back. Then almost got caught stealing paper clips or something (end up just shoplifting for the buzz of it) and never stole again! Ahhh, those were the days of adolescence! :D :D

I'd love to say I don't care about getting older, but secretly I HATE it! I'm scared I'll wake up one day age 45 and realise I forgot to have a career, get married, have kids etc and I'm still being pushed round Bethnal Green at 7am in a shopping trolley. :lol:
 
well if you´re only realistic then it will be fine. no one wants to be alone at age 45. But thats in a good 16 years for me, so relax and just enjoy.

I remeber getting the REACT series tapes from the 2nd one. Had songs like 'James Brown is Dead!" and "Chimo Baya "(spelling) That's the one that goes "Exctasy...ecsta..nor!" (Still an awesome choon, if a little dated. Goes down well at retro nights though!) 8)

No, we can't litter the countryside with such items! We'll have to improvise with a hay cart or something. :lol:

Congratulations Grandpa! My cousin was made a grandmother last year by both her children at the same time! 8O She's only 40 and looks 30 it seems so odd.

surely if you just put roller skates on the llama and attach a basket to it's back it's a kinda make shift trolly/llama hybrid?

Im 25 and like Barbie says, someones age is the last thing on my mind when going out and meeting people.

Most of my clubbing friends are older than me and that great to see as it shows me i've got a good 10 years of it left at least!! :D

personally

teens spent rebelling.

20's trying to figure out who i was and pretty much kidded myself that i was someone i wasnt. was a follower, got depressed, hit rock bottom.

30's now spent being my own person, doing what i wanna do with my life, no matter what other "people" say and surrounding myself with a small number of people who i love, rather than having a lot of "friends". majority of the time is also spent repairing the damage ive done to myself in late 20's and, even tho i got that to deal with, i've never felt so at peace with the inner chewie.
