It's all about the XBOX 360.
- Hi definition gaming
- Loads of games choice
- Xbox live is fantastic and will not be bettered by Sony or Nintendo
Wii is interesting and will appeal to those people that want the fun of gaming without the omplication of learning all the buttons and controls. it will be a great party machine (in the same way as Buzz is on the PS2).negatives are that it is not the graphical leap that either the 360 or PS3 is, in part because it's not hi def.
PS3 is just pricing itself out of the mainstream market, it will be £400+ for the basic machine based purely on it having Blue ray player built it.I don't see the games being any better graphically than the 360 and it will not have the quality of xbox live.
Another big point is that you will struggle to get a Wii this friday when it's launched or this side of Christmas,PS3 is only in Japan, launches in the US this week and in Europe next Spring so you would have to import a machine that adds about 50& to the price.
You could of course not get any of the above and instead enjoy about another 2 hours sleep a night

Something i think to myself every morningI'm playing Call of Duty 3 at the moment and it's amazing - absolutely visceral experience with the stunning graphics, full digital surround, realistic gameplay and immersive story. It's quite draining to play so I can only play it for about an hour at a time! I've played Gears of War as well and it's mindblowing. Giant leap from PS2 games.
Wii looks like great fun though, and my girlfriend might object to it less!

Who said pro evo 6. Whats it like? better/worse etc? its taken me a year and a couple cheats to build (i think) the best side the world ever did see. Certainly the best side in the red of LFC anyway!

Its slower than 5, and harder to score.. ie: its EVEN MORE realsitic!
Still not sure why Real Madrid are as good as they are on it, but if you give the ball to Etoo you'll find you can out run most defenders
