DJs that own villas in Ibiza...

Seems its obvious a very few very wealthy people actually own the land / villas and rent to very wealthy record labels / dj's on a seasonal basis.
Hawtin did all those 'pool' videos from the `enter villa'. Swedish House Mafia had one when they were riding high. Im surprised Cox doesnt own the villa he has for the summer but that goes to show perhaps how hard / risky it is to own?
 
bottom line is that fewer djs actually properly own a house in ibiza and more just rent places. I do know a few more people that have their own, but as someone above pretty correctly stated, who cares

Not sure why but if follow the directions on what's app to locations near pikes if I'm close to it the sat nav/ directions takes me to his house !!

No security gates on his gaff either !!
