Are you going to send me text thru the night like last year as a running commentary  ;)

I'd liked to have gone to this but we're going to see Howard Marks that night and I can't handle too much excitement on a school night at my age

Ive moved with the times, this year you'll get pictures and video clips too

 Thanks  I'll remember to turn my phone off that night  ;) I remember waking up to about 10 texts from you with the complete rundown - Tom appreciated it even if I'm ungrateful mare  ;)

Good stuff mate.

I've seen youre off to Type on sat, cant believe this might be the 1st Type i'll be missing in AGES and you'll be there!!!

Ahhh nuts... Yes my first visit to Type, quite looking forward to it!
Will see you at Fabric though mate, hope you've taken a few days off afterward for recovery :)

he loves the textie banter does ferd.........;)
always ;)

Guess theres no surprise about the djs playing, and who the top 10 might consist of.
But i have to admit, I AM currious to hear some trance in Fabric's main room with that amazing soundsystem. Should be pretty good, plus probably wont happen too often

Im heding over from ireland, what time do u think i should head to the club at? i taked it will be a sell out?

Doubt it will be a sell out, or at least its not been the last few years.

We'll be going in round 11 or so (cheap drinks in a pub first!) Theres always a big queue right at the start with those who think it will be rammed, but once they go in, theres hardly any queue at all.

That was my experience from previous years

It was a good night.

Got there at 10.30 ish, only queued for about 10 mins, hope clubbing ireland got in ok!

Straight into the house room (room2) there were a couple of blokes playing not sure who. Decent set, but you got the impression people where just watching the countdown and not up for dancing much.
Once PvD was announced we went to the main room to catch a bit of pvd's set. I was pleasantly surprised, maybe it was the novelty of hearing trance in that soundsystem, but it was fantastic. Lots of hands in the air tunes and similar set to what i remember him playing at the back end of the 90's when i use to love trance.

Back to the house room at 1ish and it was better this time, again not sure who was on, but they played one of my favourite ibiza tunes Oxia - Domino.

off to the afterparty at 54. Audiofly and deepgroove were on. Prefered Deepgrooves set, audiofly where a bit too minimal for my taste, but they kept the room dancing untill about 6 when we left.

Good to see Anil and stu down there
