diet update?

How is everyone doing??? I am doing ok, tonigth no cause I am going out

I'm not dieting but still going to the gym at least twice per week which is amazing

I still hate going though but I can see results so pleased

I lost 4lbs last week - not sure sure I will have done the same this week though. I haven't been bad as such but I have been eating quite a lot of carbs (pastas, potatoes etc). I have been to the gym three times though so it kind of balances out
I get weighed this weekend so fingers crossed!

I had a chicken curry for lunch yesterday, 7 pints after work and a fish finger sandwich plus a big wedge of Christmas cake, when I got home.

The sandwich was with wholemeal bread though - do I win a prize?

Back to the gym tonight methinks!
