Are you talking red meat Russ or ALL meat?

I very rarely touch red meat (occasional steak when dining out), but i eat lots of chicken & fish.

I'm well into Swordfish at the moment. Lovely!

serious though, its mainly about the kids, my diet has improved so much since they were born cos i wanna make sure they eat the right stuff. Isla prefers olives to chocolate8O :lol:

No seriously I am going to cut down on carbs, I probably do eat too much of them, I cant help it though, I love nothing more than a big bowl of pasta with grated cheese on top :lol: (and garlic bread on the side 8O )

No, you should balance a bit more your diet, take veggies and fruit as main part of your diet and then make combinations with eggs and fish mainly and pasta, rice and meat twice a week (carbs allways at lunch time). Drink lots of water, but plain one, no fizzy or with any taste (that's something I would never undestand of you brits, water with taste of peach it's not water 8O ), milk and cereals as well.
And forgot the ready to eat section and cook yourself ;)
