Did Sasha play WLS on the 2nd Sept?

I was at space for WLS on 2nd Sept & 'Sasha' looked suspiciously like James Zabelia (who played first) to me. I didn't think Sasha has long hair (and looks like JZ)!! Any ideas?

yes he did, he played for about an hour and a half. About 3 till 4.30 in the Disco

It was a very uninspired set too!

Zabelia played afterwards (and was jumping up and down like a mad thing). We left at around 5.45 so Sasha could have come on afterwards again.

The listings said that it was Zabelia then Sasha, but it was the other way round in fact.

I'm absolutely livid about that, I paid 80 euros to get in again + a taxi to take my GF home, just to see Sasha at 4am as stated on the listings, JZ rocked it though. Down with Sasha.

Zabiela was last on the main. He was amazing. Sasha was at 3-4, but I came there for 3 minutes and didn't enjoy. The music was too dark for me. The worst experience in Ibiza for are these three minutes.

I heard that Sasha was to be on at 4 and although I am a massive fan I couldn't be arsed waiting to that time to see him as my gear was wearing off and people were starting to bug me so I left around 2.

I have seen Sasha loads of times since 1995 and I wasn't too bothered about missing him.

I would have preferred to see him at the Arches In Glasgow the night before but I was flying to Ibiza that night!

I can't beleive he has shaved his head! Still would though........

I heard he was not so good that night and this came from a fellow Sashalite fan who loved his proggy stuff. Maybe thats why? We love his older stuff better
