I took some Nytol last night and couldn't sleep until 2am? :?
I felt really spaced out too. Will not be taking them again. :evil:

I've just gone to the loo to try that and it's worked a treat, although for some reason I've now got sore eyes 8O :cry:

Get some Night Nurse, that proper knocks you out, Monday night I had 2 nytol, a valium and 2 valerium and still couldn't sleep :roll: so I knocked myself out with Night Nurse last night and I feel like a new woman today :lol:

Oh I'll get some of that today. Really not enjoying this detox.
Few glasses of wine and I sleep like a baba.

It's hard sleeping without wine isn't it :? Night Nurse really gives you good 8 hours sleep tho plus prevention is better than cure so it should stop you getting a cold as well :lol:
