I can't type any more, I've had physio on my back and neck today and it's turned me into a cripple :cry: I can't use my left arm so I'm typing one-handed :rolleyes:

I bought Louie's Soul Heaven CD as well but I haven't listened to that yet, when I do I'll post another lengthy review for yous all :p

It was my first session today and cos he was manipulating (sp??) muscles that hadn't been used for ages he said it would get worse before it gets better :rolleyes: but I've got to have 2 sessions a week for the next few weeks and he said I will see an improvement.
