Been checking for flights and hotels, best I can find is £220 return flight with Thompson Flights and £80 for a fleapit single room in Grand Sol, San An. That's a total of £300 for 26th (next Mon) til 3rd Oct. Gotta have single rooms for me and my DJ pal 'cos otherwise he'll bring his gun and shoot me if we ever shared a room again
('cos I snore like buggery and he couldn't sleep last year 
). About £500 spending dosh should be OK, still got 100 euros from my last trip abroad.

I need for my car........clutch & alloy flywheel (£700ish, can hardly accelerate, clutch slips as soon as the turbo kicks in ), timing belt, de-cat, de-limit speedo, high performance brake pads........ and a couple of nights B&B in Nottingham while it's being done. Comes to just under a grand.
What to do? I know what you lot will say.
