Decent places to eat?

cervantes 22. on the same drag as rebost de can prats - recommended and the former rias baxias - aslo recommended. other gems are the nautical club - you don't have to be a member and el yate at the end of the port. sa punta near the windmill and s'embarcador close by. sol y sombra near the bellamar. one i haven't been to yet (to eat) that's being talked about is the zebra at the top of the street (corner) where kanya is.

here's my tip for sugar and caffeine addicts - the cafe guay opposite zebra.

when we were in on saturday there was a mighty roar from the kitchen and i said to the waiter has someone scored a goal in the euro championships and he said no, it was someone getting an electric shock trying to repair some equipment.

btw, during the last month i have been eating in la casita, everybody a.k.a. the fish shack, pk2 (twice), la paloma, la paloma cafe (twice) and barlovento.....

La Brasa is amazing, we had the BEST meal there a few years back - never to be repeated.

Cafe America in Figueretas is brilliant too. Used to be a fast food kind of place years ago, then decided to chance to a restaurant and is brilliant!

Casa Colonial - Ibiza Santa-Sanata Eulalia rd. Great food, service and value.

El olivo - D'alt villa. Great setting and food. Althoug i find it better slightly out of season, say June/september.

La Ventana - againd D'alt Villa. More romantic, great food, reasonably priced. Not many tables in a lovely quiet area of D'alt villa.

We also enjoyed Maria Luisa in Cala Vedella, especially when the sun sets. Good seafood and paella.

Does anyone know about if you get in free to pacha if you eat there? Do you have to stay in the club or can you eat your meal and then come back later??

Some nice places to eat in Ibiza are:

Banyan Palace - San An Bay

Bambudda Grove - S.Eulalia

Kasbah - San An

Tijuana - San An

I have had my birthday at Kasbah and Tijuana - Tijuana will be fun for a big group! Banyan and Bambudda are gorgeous and will be lovely for a special occasion.
